| Our History. The Perfume Counter opened in 1971 on Fountain Square Plaza in
the heart of Downtown Cincinnati. From the very beginning, we featured internationally-known
fragrance items for men and women. On July 1, 1996 we moved across the street into
the beautiful Westin Hotel, and joined Jasmine's of Cincinnati who specializes in
lines such as Crabtree & Evelyn, The Thymes Limited, Caswell-Massey, and Camile
